Andrew Howell was the Real Estate agent who we worked with on the sale of our property at 25 Albert Street, in Point Edward. He was very energetic, positive and he really believed in our property, which all helped him sell our house in 25 days.
Andrew kept us posted every step of the way, with emails, text messages and phone messages, so we knew he was working really hard for the sale of our house. His communication skills and his confident manner are two wonderful attributes for a real estate agent. Andrew had 2 open houses, advertised our property online, in the Sarnia Observer and in the Real Estate Flyer in Lambton County. He was diligent about getting the word “out there”.
Being a local variety store owner, with his wife, Andrew has many connections. Discussions of the properties he has for sale are daily occurrences at the variety store, and these are just another way to get the information out to the public.

A very positive person who seems to have the uncanny ability to find what we were looking for with minimum guidance from us. Andrew, thank you so much for all of your help! I am sure your patience was tried on several occasions (how many houses did we look at?? :-) yet you always were understanding, honest and completely wonderful to deal with.
You know, before we met you, we went to look at several houses simply by calling the listing agent. A couple of times, the pressure was so enormous and it made us both rather uncomfortable. Once we met you, we found, almost immediately, that we were in good, honest and professional hands. (Do you have any idea how much that whole 'honesty' thing meant to us?)
The renovated house on the north end was, after much searching, THE ONE! We love it!! You were the best! We cannot thank you enough!!
