Cathie was first licensed in 1977 and is an Associate Broker (experience & education) here on the South Shore. She has received a number of awards. Her best awards are the referrals and repeat business  from past clients. She always says: “I’m never too busy for your referral”. Cathie has been active in 4-H, and is presently on the board of the Lunenburg County SPCA and has been an alternate director for the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS® for the past 2 yrs. Her nickname is “Cat” so in the industry and to her friends she is known at “The Real Estate Cat” keeping her eyes and ears open to market changes and opportunities for her clients.
