Charlene Randle-Clayton

Charlene Randle-Clayton, Registered Sales Representative, knows how she wants to make a difference to her clients. Having created her Real Estate Business with husband and business partner, Lynn Clayton, Broker, she brings enthusiasm and expertise so that her clients receive the dedicated knowledgeable professionalism they so rightly expect and deserve.

Charlene and Lynn work as a team at Coldwell Banker, The Property Shoppe Real Estate where Charlene specializes in residential and vacation properties. Her past business and personal life have provided her with valuable experience in this type of real estate market.

Their motto is: "The Power of Two = Assured Results for You".

With a flair for presentation, Charlene, a Certified Staging Professional Realtor, is trained and experienced in assisting sellers to promote, in an exciting way, all the features and benefits of their home or cottage. With Charlene's guidance, sellers easily get sold faster and at a higher market value. She will eagerly show you how.

Charlene is proud of her CAREERBook®, explaining tips and techniques she has to benefit her clients, whether you are buying or selling.

Together Charlene & Lynn are proud of their Most Referred Real Estate Agent Award, which helps them attract more buyers to their listings, and ensures their buyers that they are in the very best of professional hands.

Born and raised in Oxford County, Charlene is familiar with the rural and small town lifestyle. The quality of life, knowing her neighbours and being an active participant in her community have always been important to her.

Following high school in Norwich, Charlene received her Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree from the University of Waterloo and achieved her Public Administration Certificate from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute.

Charlene brings extensive experience from sales, to the tourism and hospitality sector, to expertise in drafting legislation and implementing programs for government ministries.

When Charlene is not helping people in one way or another, she enjoys being active outdoors as a downhill skier, runner and avid equestrian.

She and Lynn both belong to the United Church and Rotary Club of Kincardine. Together they enjoy sailing and traveling.
