Agents and support staff build their own “houses” out of cardboard and sleep in them overnight in Officer’s Square. This fundraiser helps support the operation of Chrysalis House, a home for at risk homeless girls aged 16 to 19. They support many other local charities and non-profit groups, both individually and as a part of the EXIT family. Their promotional activities, community involvement and “thinking big” have set benchmarks for EXIT brokerages across North America.
