Subsequent to an executive position in a large international company Jack created and managed a small business consulting firm of, eventually, 13 employees for a number of years before migrating into commercial real estate.  Jack holds an Honours Degree in Psychology, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and various certifications in teaching and counselling.

While he always had Commercial Real Estate as part of his portfolio, for the past four years Jack has focused strictly on Commercial Real Estate.  He has been involved in:

⦁    the purchase and sale of commercial buildings,
⦁    the leasing of large commercial buildings as well as smaller retail spaces,
⦁    the purchase and sale of multiunit properties,
⦁    the purchase and sale of commercial land, and
⦁    the sale and purchase of various types of businesses.

Jack believes that an important part of being an effective commercial realtor in today's market is to stay connected in the local business community and to better serve his clients by keeping up-to-date with the local business environment and maintain business relations in the local area. Jack has served on the Board of Directors Executive for Greater Napanee Chamber of Commerce, the Steering Committee of the Greater Napanee Community Development Advisory Committee, on the executive of the Friends of the Salmon River, and has been active in his real estate association (currently in the role of Past-President of the Kingston and Area Real Estate Association as well as serving on various KAREA committees). He has also presented workshops to the local business community aimed at assisting small business people with succession planning and selling or buying their business.

Jack has represented clients and properties from Kingston to Brighton.

Jack is a proud father of two sons, Patrick and Peter.  He lives with his wife in a lakeside cottage north of Kingston.
