Our new team approach has also proven to be effective, as The Hinton Team has been Kingston's Top Real Estate Sales Team from 2013-2016 and was also just awarded the Re/Max Diamond Club Team Award for 2016.


Spencer Baker - Licensed Assistant & Buyer's Representative

Born and raised in Smiths Falls, Spencer attended Queen’s University. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts - Political Science, he decided to relocate and make the Kingston area his permanent home.  Soon thereafter, Spencer made the decision to go into real estate and hasn’t looked back since. Recently, Spencer joined The Hinton Team as a “Licensed Assistant & Buyer’s Representative” and immediately felt like he had found the perfect “home” for his skillset and talents.

Spencer is a hard-working, determined and competent individual who is committed to both his teammates and his clients. He has a very patient, genuine and personalized approach which makes us confident that he will serve our clients well.  Through his education, sports teams and volunteering, Spencer has built a strong network across Eastern Ontario. Both The Hinton Team and his clients benefit from Spencer’s broad network and the many Real Estate-related services and helpful connections it can provide. Spencer was recently awarded the Re/Max Executive Club Award for 2016.


Joanne Ward - Client Services

Joanne Ward brings a strong background in customer service and a friendly, positive and professional approach.  As a former award-winning Real Estate Sales Representative, Joanne fully understands the needs of our clients and is dedicated to helping them through the sometimes complex buying & selling process.  In her role as Customer Service Representative, Joanne will communicate and liaise with our clients to ensure that they remain well-informed at all times. 

Mackenzie Merry - Administrative Assistant
Born and raised on Wolfe Island, Mackenzie's many years of customer service experience, legal background and abundance of local knowledge are helping her thrive as a member of our team. Very familiar with a fast-paced and diverse environment, Mackenzie has proven herself with her hard-working ethic, personal and professional skills and is a driven and competent individual who is committed to both our clients and the members of our team. In her Administrative Assistant role, Mackenzie is in charge of all marketing and advertisement for the team.

       Sandra Hinton - Marketing & Staging Specialist

As an experienced marketing specialist, as well as an Accredited Home Staging professional, Sandra provides valuable advice on marketing matters and how best to prepare our client’s homes for sale. Her refined skill set enables us to provide an invaluable service that helps our clients' homes sell for top dollar within the shortest period of time.
