Jim has been a real estate salesperson since 1969; he is now entering his 40th year in 2009. 

During his years he has held many positions in the Real Estate field, Has owned two Real Estate Companies one being a major franchise, has served on the Board of Directors for his present Real Estate Board(Quinte & District Real Estate Board) also was President of this Board 1995-1996.
