I first met Karen when I call the Haliburton ReMax office interested in a house I had seen driving by on Hwy#118.  It wasn't her listing and yet she dropped everything to meet me and my fiancé at the house on a inclement Sunday afternoon.
 
So when it came time to sell our home in Eagle Lake I knew exactly who I was going to call.  Due the house's location I wanted to market it to out of town cottagers who perhaps couldn't afford Lake Front Property.  She not only marketed the house exactly as I asked but had a photographer come in to do professional photos for a virtual tour on the internet, advised us on staging and then sold the heck out of the place.  In less than one week we had the perfect buyer.
 
Karen then again listened to our needs for a new home and found us many options in the end we found exactly the location we wanted and the cutest house ever.  I was grateful for her knowledge and her advice.  She always kept us on track.  Karen also went over and above hunting down the original septic approval for the Eagle Lake house which involved hours of research and many phone calls.
 
Karen Nimigon will always be my first choice for a real estate agent whether I am buying or selling.  My experience was made painless by her attention to details, experience, and her willingness to do what it took for a positive outcome.
