Hi! I'm Alison, the 'AS' in 'kwASks'.

I've been a licenced Realtor since 1993, but actually got my start in the business updating my Mom's MLS listing book back when I was 12. My Mom's father was also a Realtor. Sometimes I wonder if a career can be genetic .  Prior to being a Realtor I worked in the financial services industry.

Since 1999 I have been doing a lot of work in the condominium end of the business. Statistically speaking, the average Realtor in K-W sells one condo a year. I've been averaging 16 condo sales each year for over 10 years!

I decided to concentrate my efforts in the condo market because I get such a kick out of working with first time buyers. Ensuring they get the best possible home while walking them through the mounds of paperwork is important to me. Being able to share in their excitement is the icing on the cake!

With so many of my clients that I sold condo's to years ago now wanting to move up to bigger homes, and so many of Kendall's clients now ready to sell their homes and switch to condo living, it was a natural progression for Kendall and I to team up. Whether you are upsizing, downsizing or just starting out, we have all your bases covered!

Hi! I'm Kendall, the 'KS' in 'kwasKS'.

I was born and raised in K-W and attended Forest Hill Public, Queensmount, Forest Heights Collegiate and a short stint at Wilfred Laurier.
