There are two types of realtor. One is transactional and the other is consultative type. At the top of the summit are those realtors who have the greatest impact on both the customer and the sale - The Trusted Advisor. That is how I feel about Kenny Chen during the whole process of our house searching.

We had landed in Canada only for a week. Departing from Toronto due to overpriced real estate and lead us to Waterloo/Kitchener area. Among the house hunting journey, there were millions of trivia required to be completed to be an eligible Canadian resident. Now we have lived in a house that we have always wanted, kid enjoys his school, we have changed our American license plate into a Canadian one...etc. It is hard to imagine if Kenny was not there to guide us through all these challenging tasks.

In November of 2009, I had two weeks to sell my house. I enlisted Kenny Chen for the job. I was overwhelmed by his determination and committment. He set up showings every day and usally more than one a day, he had an open house every weekend. We accepted an offer and Kenny continued with the open house, he was determined to get full asking price. (by the way our offer was only $1000.00 short of our asking price). He did get another offer for full asking price and no conditions!!! Unbelievable!! When we moved into our new home (which was a rental home) Kenny showed up to visit with the most beautiful gift basket I have ever seen and he obviously pays great attention to detail as the basket was filled with the things I love the most.
