About Mick

In 1992, while still residing and working in Toronto, my wife Mary and I  purchased a farm just outside of Lindsay in the former Ops Township. We absolutely loved the area and for 8 years spent all our free time here, working on the house and getting to know our community. After the last of our three boys left the nest, we decided to make a permanent move to the Kawarthas, doing so in August of 2000

Previously, I spent 16 years in the banking industry before deciding to make the career change to real estate. After 13 years selling real estate in the Toronto area, I transferred my license to Re/Max County Town in 2000. During my years in real estate in Toronto, I built up both an extensive client base and a network of agents in the Toronto area who, like ourselves, are gradually beginning to realize the benefits of life outside the GTA. This broad base of contacts is a valuable asset in the marketing of your property.

The majority of my business in the GTA was by way of referrals from satisfied clients who appreciated my professionalism, dedication, integrity and negotiation skills.

Community involvement has been important.  I served 5 years as a director, vice president and president of the Board of the United Way for the City of Kawartha Lakes.

When not in the office, I enjoy working around the property and gardening, ably assisted by our two canines Maggy May and Sophie. Our two felines, Tigger and Moxie direct from the windows.  Our three grandchildren love coming to "the farm" and playing with the "livestock" (running with the dogs and riding the horse.)

Put my 24 years of real estate experience to work for you.  Whether you are buying or selling a home, cottage or farm. I would welcome the opportunity to assist you in achieving your real estate dreams.
