• Steve has over 24 years experience in Real Estate.
   
• Steve has received numerous awards for his excellence in Real Estate and presently holds the prestigious honor of President’s Club, Executive Club, and Re/Max 100% club and has receivied the Re/Max Hall of Fame Award.
   
• Steve was recognized for his volunteer efforts with Habitat for Humanity London in an article published in The Londoner.
   
• Steve has volunteered with Habitat over many years and has been involved in site selection, the build committee and on the habitat build site providing supervision and training to the many volunteers while participating in the building several new homes. Steve was also involved in the Habitat Playhouse project as a co-team leader.
   
• Steve has developed an in depth Home Buyer Workshop and Home Buyers Manual, for Seminar attendees, attending the many workshops he has hosted.                                                                                                                                                                                             
• Steve has been actively involved in instructing computer technology for over 10 years with the London & St. Thomas Association of Realtors.
   
• Steve has taught across the province for the Ontario Real Estate Association in conjunction with the many real estate boards that belong to OREA. Steve is sought after to teach several real estate related software products now available to Realtors across Ontario & Canada.
   
• Steve has also volunteered with the London & St. Thomas Association of Realtors, as a member of the Orientation Committee, Filogix (mls) Interboard Taskforce, and is currently an instructor with the board.
   
• Steve is currently a member of the London & St. Thomas Association of Realtors, Ontario Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association and holds the designation of Realtor.
    
• Steve supports the London Humane Society, Habitat For Humanity London, and The Children’s Health Foundation
   
• Steve is a native Londoner
